40893B 8-62 40893F 3-64. Two Genuine Lucas points distributors. Both units were fitted with genuine Lucas NOS components except one has an aftermarket low tension lead. Probably been through lots of hands.
One unit has an 18 degree advance cam, the other a 15 cam. The lobe of the points rides flush on cam with no gap. Both distributors rotate smoothly with the a nice audible of vertical play. These units haven't been tested but are nice and clean with a genuine patina that's absent the aftermarket components.
One is extremely clean with a matching vacuum advance correct to the unit 4-7-7 other had removed. One unit with the side entry cap has a crack from clamping ring being over tightened, and will need to be repaired or can used for parts. 65-66 Princess, 62-65 MG 1100 and 63-65 Spriget.
