Details:

A rebuild or parts donor. Nor could I pull the rotor off with normal-plus pressure. This Accel distributor was once used on a 1969 Mustang 428 Cobra Jet. This distributor came off a big block 428 Ford Mustang.

Sorry, no cap. The first thing I noticed is the shaft turns with some difficulty. The shaft does turn straight. It is now a parts or repair item.

I tried to take the cover off but could not get any of three 3 screws turn. I can feel the points turning against nut.
