It does have a good feel and look to that's about all anyone could say. I bought it from the brother of a man who 67 vette new off dealer lot. He told me the story of his brother buying car and how they went to racing together shortly after. Here is the real deal distributor.

And although he couldn't say just how many miles might have been on the car, did that this distributor saw very little use. It appears to match the I was given but is untested. I have not cleaned it or sprayed with lube.

He went on to say how one of the first things they did car was remove ti ignition. It is un restored and aside from the advance springs being robbed appears not messed with.
